We're an independent advisor and authorized sales partner, so we're paid by the participating providers when a customer chooses to sign up through us. That's why our rule matters: our advisors are never compensated more for steering you toward one option over another.

What if no good option reaches my address?

We'll tell you plainly. Sometimes the honest answer is 'stay where you are for now,' and we'd rather say that than sell you a downgrade.

With some providers, yes. Pricing and promotions are set by the provider and can change, so we'll show you the promotional period and the rate afterward before you sign anything — in writing.

Are there contracts?

Contracts, billing and service terms are the provider's, and they vary by plan. We'll always state the term length out loud and point out the month-to-month alternatives when they exist.

Can you review a bill I already have?
